Aerobics and Weight Lifting
Today I ran 2 miles around the track, stretched, did abs and back, then lifted my upper body in a more endurance and stamina oriented routine consisted of 3 sets of 10 per exercise

Peter, I think you should increase your mileage at this point. When is your next race? We decided not to do the Nashville half marathon this year. Too much traveling this spring. Next year...
I use the pre lifting run as a warmup, not as run training. My next race is next september so I still have plenty of time to get in shape(I only trained 1.5 months for your half-marathon). I am focusing on getting my strength up right now.
