Back to the grind
I am supposed to go and lift tonight, back and biceps, after lifting on Saturday and also on last wednesday. I am trying to get into a consistant schedule again and need to start working in some cardio. I ran like a 7 minute mile on Saturday and felt like I was going to have a heart attack. I would like to start biking again but we have rain in our forcast for the whole week. Maybe I will play basketball after I lift tonight.
