Consistancy? or just percieved consistancy

Well I went to the gym again tonight with Joe O. I like lifting with him so much better then lifting by myself. He keeps me motivated and accountable. I lifted chest and triceps, did a killer abs workout, and ran for 10 minutes.

10 minutes, whoa. I think you should build up more slowly. You don't want to overdo it!
