Aerobics and Weight Lifting
Today I ran 1 mile and did an upper body workout along with some stretching and abs stuff.

Today I ran 1 mile and did an upper body workout along with some stretching and abs stuff.
Today I ran 2 miles around the track, stretched, did abs and back, then lifted my upper body in a more endurance and stamina oriented routine consisted of 3 sets of 10 per exercise
Today I ran 1 mile, did some stretching and an abs workout, then I lifted my upper body.
Today my dad, Cara, and I all went to the merrimack ymca and ran 1.05 miles, did stretching and an abs workout, and then lifted weights for our upper body.
Today me and Cara went on a run together which we found out late was 4.26 miles. This was a little bit more then we expected (I guessed 3 miles beforehand). But it was a good run and nobody died so I couldn't ask for more.
