chest

Man, I have lost a lot of strength, me and Sean did chest today and I was pitiful compared to my previous glory :) . I did 3 sets 6 @ 150 pounds barbell flat bench press, then 3 sets of 6 @ 105 pounds barbell incline bench press, and finally 2 sets of 6 @ 10 extra pounds dips.
