Pull and 5k
I did two sets of as many pull ups as I could do (10 and 6), then I did 3 sets of 10 @ 55 pounds barbbell back rows, then 2 sets of 10 @ 65 pounds barbbell bicep curls, then 3 sets of 10 @ 185 pounds barbbell shrugs, 2 sets of 20(10 per arm) @ 35 pound alternating dumbell bicep curls, and finally 1 set of 10 @ 100 pounds close grip lat pull downs.
I really hate running on treadmills but figured that it was the only way I would be able to get an accurate timed 5k. I was stupid though and didn't warm up before so I did first two minutes at 8:34 pace then switched to 6:40 pace. The whole 5k took me 22 minutes.
