Back and frisbee
For back I did 3 sets of 6 @ 70 pounds barbell incline bench rows, 2 sets of as many pull ups I could do(8 and 6), 3 sets of 10 @ 185 pounds barbbell shrugs, and finally 1 set of 6 @ 170 pounds seated cable rows.
I didn't get a chance to go running because I spent the rest of the morning studying for a differential equations exam, but made up for it by playing catch with a frisbee between classes later in the day.
