Chest and Running
I got up today and lifted chest. I did 3 sets of 6 @ 65 pound dumbells flat bench press, 3 sets of 6 @ 45 pound dumbells incline bench press, and 2 sets of 6 @ 10 extra pound dips. Then I did abs.
After lifting I went to dwc and ran about 3 miles with interval sprints.
