Met sean at ymca at 6:30 this morning to get in a quick chest routine. 3 sets of 6 @ 145 flat barbell bench press, 3 sets of 6 @ 45 pound dumbells incline bench press, and 2 sets of 6 @ 10 extra pounds dips.
