Tired
After chopping wood for over 2 hours yesterday, I was sluggish and tired at the gym today. I ran a mile then did squats followed by lifting back and biceps. In all the excersises I felt tired and didn't have much motivation to continue. I am taking tomorrow off completely and hope that it will help rejuvinate me so that I can hit the racketball courts hard on Saturday morning and run up Mt Moosilauke on Sunday.

i wish i could hike with you. i'm starting to get worried. i'm a piece of noodle. do you think you'll be able to carry me out if necessary? have alex bring the bag tomorrow please?!?
