In preparation for our great outdoor adventure into the White Mountains I have begun vigorously training. Last week I went biking 4 times, running once, swimming once, and hiked Mt
Monadnock on Sunday. All good
cardio exercises and going up
Monadnock I felt great and am not sore at all today.
Tonight I went to the
YMCA and lifted for the first time in over a month. Did bench press, military shoulder press, incline bench press,
tricep extensions, and dips after warming up with a quick mile around the track, some stretching, and abs
exercises. My arms are so dead but it feels good.
