back to the gym finally
So I lifted today for the first time in a few weeks. Nothing big, Just 3 sets each of flat bench press, shoulder press, and tricep pull downs. Then I did abs and lower back.
Yesterday I went over stephens and fixed up my bike, adjusted the brakes and put on new pedals. Then we went out for a joy ride through the center of hollis and over by the highschool. We finished the evening off by getting a nice, large dinner at Texas Roadhouse.

Peter, I don't know why you were hanging around a bunch of guys fishing for strippers (see your blog from last week). Haven't we taught you better than that? I'm glad your bike is fixed and you're ok after going over the handlebars! Can't wait to see your hiking pics.
