Legs
I decided to take this week off from lifting my upper body and will begin my 4 weeks of endurance lifting next week. Today I lifted legs and then stretched them. I did 3 sets of 10 @ 135 pound squats, 1 set of 20(10 per leg) @ 25 pound dumbbells alternating lunges, 2 sets of 15 @ 100 pounds standing calf raises, and 1 set of 10 @ 140 pound hamstring curls. I wanted to do 3 sets of all those but was short on time. I am still feeling it and hope I can walk tomorrow :)

what's your squat goal? body weight?
right now, just to do it ocasionally to help with running. Before you killed my muscles with the half marathon I was doing 3 sets of 6 @ 250 pounds :)
oooh, big man. it's hard to balance the goals of muscle building and cardio. i struggle with that all summer playing beach vball where i want ups in the sand and the half marathon in september.
