Chest
Today pretty much stunk as far as lifting goes. I tweaked my back yesterday and re-aggravated it today during my workout. Oh well, I lifted chest with 3 sets of 6 @ 65 pound dumbbell flat bench press, 3 sets of 5 @ 50 pound dumbbells incline bench press, 2 sets of 8 @ 30 pound dumbbells flat bench flys, 2 sets of 6 @ 10 extra pounds dips.
